Veterans at the Eston Remembrance Parade 2024
On Sunday 9th November 2025, the Eston Remembrance Committee once again organised its annual parade for the Greater Eston community. We were once again blessed with good weather and a superb turnout to honour those have fought, and continue to fight, for our nation.
The Parade was once again led by the Vice-Chair of Eston Remembrance Committee, Tony Ray, with a range of political, community figures and organisations, schools, emergency services, and more, laying wreaths and paying their respects.

Remembrance Parade 2024
Veterans at the Eston Remembrance Parade 2024
On Sunday 10th November 2024, the Eston Remembrance Committee once again organised its annual parade for the Greater Eston community. Following lockdown in 2019, each annual parade thereafter has grown in stature, with more and more people from the community paying their respects every year.
As ever, wreaths were laid by elected ward members for Eston, as well the MP for Redcar and Tees Valley Mayor. Serving and retired servicemen and women marched from California Community Centre to the Eston Square War Memorial, led by ERC Vice-Chair, Tony Ray.
